Courier collections across London
BHA Couriers arranges business and private courier collections in the City, Canary Wharf, outer boroughs and other London locations. We assess each journey from your postcodes, goods and deadline. These pages describe service coverage; availability is confirmed for each booking.
Collection timing and availability
For urgent same-day bookings, we aim to collect within one hour once the booking and payment arrangements are confirmed, subject to location and vehicle availability. The collection estimate is agreed for your job. Contact hours are 07:30–18:00 UK time, including weekends and bank holidays.
Choose dedicated or economy transport
Same-day and direct services use a dedicated vehicle. For flexible deadlines, economy transport normally takes 2–4 working days and may be shared. Pallet transport can be dedicated or shared by agreement. We confirm the route, vehicle and delivery window before accepting the booking.
Vehicle size and goods protection
Send the packed dimensions, weight and item count so we can select a suitable vehicle. Most BHA work uses vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight; this is not the payload available for your goods. Larger vehicles, tail lifts and additional crew can be sourced where agreed. Tell us the goods and their value before booking so we can confirm applicable goods-in-transit cover, limits and exclusions.
Plan access and request a quote
Provide loading-bay details, parking arrangements, height limits and security instructions. Discuss stairs, lifts and the handover floor in advance. Traffic, access and any route-related charges are considered when quoting.
For a quote, send both postcodes, the ready time, deadline, dimensions, weight and contact numbers. Explain parking, loading equipment, stairs and any booked receiving slot. Fresh location updates can be emailed every 15 minutes on request, and printable proof of delivery can be emailed when the goods are delivered. Send your delivery enquiry or see our courier FAQs.
